As a long time Director and founder of the Hindu Heritage Summer Camp, Devi Parvati has offered this service for Hindu-North American children and adults for over 35 years. She has conducted camps first at the Rajarajeshwari Peetham  in Pennsylvania  and in the last 19 years in Rochester, New York as well as in various Indian Communities throughout North America.

Devi Parvati has been trained in yoga and meditation for more than 40 years. She lived, studied and taught in a yoga retreat center (Rajarajeshwari Peetham) for more than 18 years. Devi has travelled extensively in India and has been trained and initiated as a Hindu Priestess in the Goddess tradition of Sri Vidya and continues to dedicate her life to the Mother’s service and to spiritual study.

Besides her extensive and ambitious studies in Hindu philosophy and rituals, Devi Parvati is also a spiritual counselor, a Reiki Master/Teacher, a healing practitioner (working with the chakras, energy balancing and etheric healing modalities) and is a certified Mind-Body-Vibrance and Relationship Coach (with the Hendricks Institute).
