After another successful Camp season in Blairstown, New Jersey and Rochester, NY we are getting prepared for our Fall/Winter teaching season in Calgary, AB. I like to thank all the counsellors, staff, volunteers and administrators for their wonderful efforts and dedication to serve for the higher good of the community. Thank you so much.

Also, I like to thank the Alumnai Campers and Counsellors from the Peetham in Stroudsburg, PA for all their wonderful posts on the HHSC FaceBook site. I is wonderful to see you guys and girls again. I am so grateful to be part of your lives.

Getting ready and prepared for Counsellor training for the Sadhu Vaswani Hindu Heritage Camp in Blairstown, NJ from June 26 to July 2, 2011. Camp will start on July 3rd, 2011.
I will be at the HHSC in Rochester, NY for  half of session 1 and half of session 2. (July 8 to July 24, 2011) to facilitate the main puja programs and Vedic Lunch for this season. The Rochester HHSC is celebrating this summer their 20th Anniversary. Come and celebrate with us through puja, ritual and ceremony.

Tomorrow Devi Parvati is on her way to Shreveport, LA for the 2011 Easter Sadhu Vaswani Hindu Heritage Camp. Camp days are from 22 to 24 of April.  Looking forward to see all my wonderful children again.

Update on the Calgary Winter Camp
Over 40 Children attended the HH Camp. It was a success story by itsself. Two days of philosophy, puja, chanting, playing, drumming, new friendships, Bhajans, Yoga, Arts & Crafts, Group sharing and good foot was exciting and the youngsters want to come back very soon. Stay tune for announcements for a 2nd Calgary Camp in 2011.

Hindu Heritage Summer Camp in Rochester, NY for 1st and 2nd session July 5 to 30, 2011.

Devi Parvati on Sacred Geometry, Mandalas and the Sri Chakra:
Invoking the Supreme Consciousness, Sacred Geometry is the pure language of creation.
It is the physical manifestation of the vibration or the ?word? of God.
The 3 sacred geometrical keys to the universe, the cube, sphere and pyramid are the building blocks of all creation.
Every snowflake, every cell in our body are reflections of these forms. The Sri Chakra is built from these 3 forms.
It is a manifestation in physical form of the macrocosm and the microcosm. It reflects the heavens and also our human consciousness in order to bring us closer to God.
